Washing, scraping, sanding, caulking and priming. It is most of the work and the reason the finish lasts.

Paint, then walk through
Two coats, clean lines, site cleaned every day. We walk it with you at the end and touch up anything you spot.

Yes. We come to the property, look at the surfaces and give you a written quote at no charge. That is the only way to price a paint job honestly.
