Our exterior process here starts with a wash to get the salt and mildew off, then chalk removal, crack sealing on stucco, priming of bare wood and metal, and a premium coastal-grade coating. It costs a little more per gallon and lasts years longer, which is the right trade on the water.

Decks and railings are repainted or restained more often than the walls. We wash, brighten and seal the wood and use a durable exterior enamel on metal.
