Where we work

Painters across Escambia, Santa Rosa, and Okaloosa counties

We are based in Cantonment, Pensacola's north side, and work the whole coast from Perdido Key to Fort Walton Beach. Each town below has its own page with what is different about painting there.

White cottage with a painted front porch and new shutters
Escambia CountyPainters in PensacolaPensacola is where most of our work is. From the 1900s wood-frame houses of North Hill and East Hill to the brick ranches of Warrington and Ferry Pass and the newer builds out toward Beulah and Nine Mile Road, we have painted most of what the city has to offer.Read about Pensacola
Brick ranch house with freshly painted white trim, shutters and porch rail
Escambia CountyPainters in CantonmentCantonment is home. The business is based here, so a Cantonment estimate is a short drive and a job here is one we can check on at the end of every day.Read about Cantonment
Raised blue coastal house with white trim and a new deck staircase
Santa Rosa CountyPainters in Gulf BreezeGulf Breeze sits on a peninsula between Pensacola Bay and Santa Rosa Sound, and the salt air is the whole story for exterior paint here. Coatings that last ten years inland chalk, fade and peel in five or six on a waterfront house, and the sunny south and west walls go first.Read about Gulf Breeze
Raised blue house with white trim over a new concrete driveway
Santa Rosa CountyPainters in NavarreNavarre is the eastern end of our regular area, and a lot of the homes here are newer: subdivisions built from the late 1990s on, mostly fiber-cement or vinyl siding and stucco, with brick accents and painted trim. New-construction builder paint is usually one thin coat, and five to eight years in it is ready for a proper job.Read about Navarre
Single-storey white house with a dark roof and freshly painted trim on a wide lawn
Santa Rosa CountyPainters in PacePace is twenty minutes east of our base in Cantonment across the Escambia River, and it is one of the fastest-growing parts of our area. Most of the housing is from the late 1990s on: brick fronts with vinyl or fiber-cement sides, two-car garages and open-plan interiors with tall living-room walls.Read about Pace
Brick ranch house with newly painted black shutters, white trim and a teal front door
Santa Rosa CountyPainters in MiltonMilton is the Santa Rosa County seat and the oldest town in our area, which shows in the housing: 1900s wood-frame houses around the historic downtown and the Blackwater River, mid-century brick homes along Highway 90, and newer subdivisions toward Pace and Whiting Field.Read about Milton
White-painted single-storey house with a chimney and black-trimmed windows
Okaloosa CountyPainters in CrestviewCrestview is the eastern end of our regular area, about an hour from Cantonment up Interstate 10. It is the Okaloosa County seat and home to a lot of families stationed at Eglin, Duke Field and Hurlburt, which means houses that get painted on a schedule: before a move-in, before a sale, or before a rental listing when orders come through.Read about Crestview
Pale yellow cottage with white trim and a new covered porch in bright sun
Okaloosa CountyPainters in Fort Walton BeachFort Walton Beach is the far south-east of our area, where the Gulf, the Santa Rosa Sound and Hurlburt Field meet. Much of the housing is mid-century: concrete-block and brick ranches from the 1950s to 70s, with newer homes and condos out on Okaloosa Island and along the sound.Read about Fort Walton Beach
Raised blue coastal house with white trim and a dark staircase
Escambia CountyPainters in Pensacola BeachPensacola Beach is as hard on paint as anywhere we work. Salt spray, full sun and wind off the Gulf chalk and fade a coating in a few years, and anything metal rusts. Most houses are raised on pilings, with stucco or fiber-cement walls, big decks and a lot of railing and stair work.Read about Pensacola Beach
Raised home painted mint green and white with a new exterior staircase
Escambia CountyPainters in Perdido KeyPerdido Key is the western end of our coast, between Pensacola and the Alabama line, and it gets the same salt air, sun and wind as Pensacola Beach. The homes are mostly raised, with stucco or fiber-cement walls, deep decks and plenty of stair and railing work, plus mid-century houses and canal homes toward Innerarity Point.Read about Perdido Key
