How we do it

That can mean evenings and weekends, one section at a time so the business keeps running, or a fast turnaround on an empty unit before a tenant moves in. You get a written scope with dates, and the owner is on the job, so a question on site gets answered on site.
Interiors get the same prep as a home: patched, sanded, caulked and primed before two coats of a scrubbable commercial-grade paint that holds up to traffic and cleaning. Exteriors get washed, mildew-treated and coated with a product chosen for the surface, whether that is block, stucco, metal or siding.
We also do epoxy floors for back-of-house and workshop areas, and we are used to working with property managers who need photos, invoices and a clean site at the end of every day.

Can you paint while we stay open?
Yes. We work in sections, after hours or at weekends, and keep walkways and exits clear. Tell us your busiest hours and we plan around them.
Do you work with property managers and landlords?
Yes, a lot of our commercial work is rental turnovers and common areas. We can send photos when a unit is done and invoice however your office needs.
How fast can you turn an empty unit?
A typical small office or retail unit is two to four working days. Give us the handover date and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet it.
What size of job do you take?
From a single office to a whole building. For larger projects we will give you a phased schedule so each area is finished and usable before the next starts.
