1 working day. Trim, ceiling and doors add most of a second day.

Interior painting: Two or three rooms

2 to 3 working days. We work room by room so you keep the use of your home.

Interior painting: Whole house, three bedrooms

4 to 6 working days. Includes ceilings, trim and doors. Heavy patching adds a day.

Exterior painting: Single-storey house

3 to 5 working days. Day one is the wash and prep. Rain adds days; we do not paint wet surfaces.

Exterior painting: Two-storey house

5 to 8 working days. More wall, more trim and lift or ladder work.

Exterior painting: Trim, shutters and doors only

1 to 2 working days. The most change for the least money on a brick house.

Cabinet refinishing: Average kitchen

4 to 5 working days. Sink and fridge stay usable. Doors go back on the last day.

Cabinet refinishing: Large kitchen or kitchen plus island colour

5 to 7 working days. Two colours mean two spray setups.

Cabinet refinishing: Bathroom vanity

2 working days. Usually done alongside another job.

Epoxy floor: Two-car garage

2 working days, then 72 hours to cure. Grind and repair on day one, coat on day two. The garage must be empty.

Epoxy floor: One-car garage or workshop

2 working days, then 72 hours to cure. Same steps, smaller slab.

Accent wall or limewash: One painted accent wall

1 working day. Sample patch first so you see the colour in your light.

Accent wall or limewash: One limewash wall

2 working days. Two coats over a mineral primer, with drying time between.

Pressure washing: House exterior

Half a day to 1 day. Soft wash with a mildew treatment; the house dries for a day before any paint.

Pressure washing: Driveway, walks and patio

Half a day. Surface cleaner at high pressure; oil stains lighten but may not vanish.

Deck or fence staining: Deck

1 to 2 working days, then 48 hours before furniture. Wash and brighten on day one, stain when fully dry.

Deck or fence staining: Fence

1 to 2 working days. Depends on length and how thirsty the wood is.

Furniture refinishing: One piece, painted

1 to 2 weeks. Thin sprayed coats with proper drying between; rushing it leaves a soft finish.

Furniture refinishing: One piece, stripped and stained

1 to 2 weeks. Stripping and sanding to clean wood takes most of the time.

Commercial painting: Small office or retail unit, interior

2 to 4 working days. Evenings and weekends available so you stay open.

Commercial painting: Building exterior

4 to 8 working days. Phased so each area is usable before the next starts.

Shutters and columns: Refinish existing shutters

1 to 3 working days. Taken down, sprayed and refitted.

Shutters and columns: Build and fit new shutters or a column

1 to 2 weeks including the shop time. Finished on every face before fitting.
