What is different about working here

Newer houses bring a particular kind of work. Builder-grade paint is usually one thin coat of flat, so the first proper repaint five to eight years in makes a bigger difference than people expect. Tall two-storey foyers and stairwells need ladders and planks we bring; garage floors are bare slabs that take an epoxy coating well.

Outside, the trim, shutters, garage doors and front doors on a brick-front house are what fade first in the Pace sun, and the pine shade on the north side grows mildew. We wash and treat before we paint, and we work from the HOA colour list where the subdivision has one.

Can you paint a two-storey foyer?

Yes. We bring the ladders, planks and poles for tall walls and stairwells and protect the stairs and floors while we work.

My builder paint marks when I wipe it. What is the fix?

Builder flat paint has no washability. Two coats of a quality eggshell or satin in the same colour, or a new one, gives you walls you can clean.

Do you do epoxy garage floors in Pace?

Yes, often. Newer slabs take the coating well. We grind, repair cracks and apply a flake or solid epoxy; plan for three days before you park on it.
